Cupra Raise

A raised access flooring system is an elevated floor that is laid above a sub floor, often a concrete floor slab, in order to leave an open space or void between. Raised floor systems are sometimes referred to as access floors, raised access floors, platform floors, computer floors or suspended flooring. The space created between the two floors is used to house cabling and pipework required to distribute services around a building.

Raised access floor systems comprise of removable panels that are laid in a grid formation on adjustable vertical pedestals. The raised floor system is designed according to the end user requirements and is dependent on the type of traffic and static or dynamic load it will have to bear.

Product Range

CEMENTITIOUS PANEL

A very commonly used panel is cementitious core panel, Cupra supplies this panel in Bare finish and HPL finish depends on customer requirements. The standard type are in the size of 600 x 600mm, Cupra shall give 500 x 500mm as well for in build trunking solution. All our raised flooring systems are complied with the British standard BS EN 12825:2001

Bare Panel – CRCB600

A very commonly used type panel is Bare panel among different types of cementitious core panel, which is covered in CRCB600 range panel. This panel is made of steel plate, top to be SPCC material, bottom to be ST14 material, after pan formed and joined together by resistance welding, the panel is coated with epoxy paint, then infilled with light cement.

Laminate Panel – CRCH600

A commonly used finished type panel is laminated panel with cementitious core CRCH600 range panel. This range is from CRCB500 with the lamination. This panel is made of steel plate, top to be SPCC material, bottom to be ST14 material, after pan formed and joined together by resistance welding, the panel is coated with epoxy paint, then infilled with light cement, further to this, SPCC material will be laminated, lamination will be done in multiple types which are high pressure laminate this is also called as HPL this is the one commonly used in laminated panel series as it gives anti-static solution, conductive vinyl tile, ceramic, carpet tile, Linoleum and Granite/Marble.

CALCIUM SULPHATE PANEL

Bare Panel – CRCLB600

Cupra calcium sulphate panels are made of galvanized steel both size encapsulated with high density fiber calcium sulphate core.

PVC SEALED PANEL – CRCLH600

Cupra calcium sulphate core panel with galvanized steel sheet/aluminium foil is bonded to the bottom. HPL or PVC is stuck to the top, four edges sealed with PVC edging strip.

Application

Anti-static calcium sulphate raised floor is widely used in telecommunication room, power station, computer room, factory clean room and other anti-static requiring places.

WOODEN CORE PANEL

Bare Panel – CRWB600

Cupra bare wooden core or chip board core panels are encapsulated to provide full steel encasement, steel to be high quality galvanized steel sheet as top and bottom, high density chipboard as the core.

Application

  • Wooden core panel or chipboard core panel is widely used in high-grade rooms, such as banks, telecommunication centers, smart offices and computer rooms.
  • This panel is particularly suitable for areas of high humidity.

PVC Sealed Panel – CRWH600

Cupra PVC sealed wooden core or chip board core panels consist of high-density (720Kg/m3) chipboard, galvanized sheet steel/aluminium foil is bonded to the bottom of the chipboard. HPL or PVC is stuck to the top of the chipboard, four edges are sealed with PVC edging strip.

INORGANIC CEMENT PANEL – CRIOB600

FRC access floor is made of silicate, inorganic fiber, mineral fiber, quartz sand, etc, once-molded after high pressure. The panel has no volatile toxic chemicals and radiation, and can be decomposed completely. Its service time is the same as the building. Each panel has hole for wires, four corners supported by pedestals, with no stringers. Good flatness and solid feeling, finishes can be laminate flooring, PVC, carper, etc.

GRC PANEL – CRGB600

GRC floor uses high quality cement and gypsum powder as main raw materials, combined with reinforcing fiber, not only keep the raw material itself superior fire resistance, more raised the bearing of products. Because the floor did not use a metal material on the surface, the foot feeling is closer to the floor entity and creates a down to earth feel. GRC floor small size, light weight, not only can be more convenient in the construction, but also reduces the load of the raised floor system to the floor, making the service life of the floor more durable. GRC floor plate is more light, combined with adjustable height, improves the space utilization of underfloor wiring. Easy installation, high dimension accuracy and excellent interchangeability, recyclable, save resources and protect the environment.

ALUMINIUM ACCESS FLOOR

Aluminium access floor is die-casting ingot which is light and anticorrosion. Aluminium access floor is widely used in the aerospace center, military command headquarters, data centers and clean rooms. DC 55 to DC 58 shall be used for different opening rate of air flow from below raised floor to above raised floor. The range DC 55 generally used for 56% opening rate which DC 58 given more than 60% opening rate, this shall be achieved with dumber, different types of dumper available is explained in the following pages.

The standard height of these aluminium panels are 50mm while this can be modified if this panel is fitted in the middle of other floor system to match that height.

STEEL ACCESS FLOOR

Steel perforated access floor is specially designed to allow air flow through the access floor up to the equipment. This is better solution in terms of load capacity and comparatively cost effective with Aluminium die-cast.

Laminated shall be done with the required type to match the final finish of floor system that is there.

Features

Provide superior cooling for managing heat loads in mission critical facilities, available with top surface adjustable dampers. The steel perforated panels are same size and finish as the solid panel, so they are available with High Pressure Laminates, Vinyl and rubber floor coverings interchangeable with woodcore panel/calcium sulphate panel.


DAMPERS

Dampers are available to adjust the rate of air flow from zero to the percentage provided by the panel itself.
